Email

Find messages, summarize their contents and draft replies. Sending messages and making other changes require user approval.

Calendar

Review events, find available times and plan ahead. Creating or editing an event requires user approval.

Documents

Search Google Drive and work with Docs and Sheets using the enabled tools and the user's instructions.

You connect your account.

You grant access to your Google account on Google's authorization page. Woody does not ask for your Google password.

  1. The operator gives you access to the private application.
  2. On Google's page, you review the account and requested permissions.
  3. You give the assistant a task or approve a recurring routine.
  4. You receive the result in the application or through connected Telegram messaging.

What happens to your data?

Woody runs on a self-hosted server. Depending on the selected agent, content needed for a task may also be processed by a cloud model from OpenAI, Anthropic or Google. When you communicate through Telegram, Telegram also processes those messages.

You can revoke access to your Google account at any time. Our privacy policy explains data access, storage and deletion in more detail.

Is this website the assistant itself?

No. This website provides public information about the project. The private application is separate and available only to authorized users.

How do I disconnect my Google account?

Remove access for Woody by Wotobo in your Google account connections. To delete previously stored history, contact the operator.

Where can I send a question?

Email wolft.thomas@gmail.com. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
